Dear Parents,
As part of the preparations for the 2026–2027 academic year, a tender process was conducted to select the company that will provide the school transport service.
This procedure was carried out in a rigorous and transparent manner. Several specialist transport companies were invited to participate, and all proposals were carefully assessed against technical, operational, financial, and safety criteria.
Throughout the process, numerous meetings were held. The parents’ associations were closely involved at every stage of the tender procedure and were kept fully informed of the evaluation process. In addition, the tender procedure and the evaluation criteria were presented to families during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 June.
Following this evaluation process, PL Turizm (PLT) has been selected to provide the school transport service starting in September 2026.
This decision is based on the overall assessment of all the requirements set out in the tender specifications, with particular emphasis on student safety, the quality of the proposed service, the company’s operational capacity, and the overall financial balance of its offer.
Over the coming weeks, families will receive all practical information regarding registration procedures and the organisation of the transport service. To ensure the best possible preparation for the start of the new school year, we kindly ask you to comply with the registration deadlines that will be communicated to you.
