The Lycée Français Pierre Loti in Istanbul is a unique school spread across two sites, each offering an environment tailored to the needs of students at every stage of their educational journey.
Located in the lively Beyoğlu district, this site welcomes preschool pupils, as well as CP, CE1 and CE2 classes. It enjoys a central location in the heart of Istanbul, offering a dynamic and enriching environment for our young pupils.
Designed to encourage development and creativity, the Beyoğlu campus has bright classrooms, safe play areas and dedicated spaces for educational activities. Students benefit from high-quality teaching that combines academic rigour with a caring approach, while being immersed in a rich cultural environment.
The Tarabya campus, located a few kilometres from Beyoğlu, is home to students from Year 5 to Year 12. Surrounded by greenery and offering breathtaking views of the Bosphorus, this campus is a true haven of peace conducive to concentration and academic success.
In Tarabya, students continue their education with modern facilities and equipment adapted to the requirements of secondary school. General subjects are taught in spacious, well-equipped classrooms, and dedicated spaces for language, science and technology teaching are also available. The site also has sports fields, music and art rooms, allowing students to flourish in all areas.
Although the two sites are geographically separate, they share a common educational vision, promoting academic excellence and personal development for students. Each site is an extension of our commitment to providing a balanced and high-quality education, both academically and culturally.
Our two sites allow students to enjoy a diverse educational experience, enriched by the cultural wealth of Istanbul and the AEFE’s international network. Despite the distance between Beyoğlu and Tarabya, a school bus is available to students to ensure their daily transport in the utmost comfort and safety.
