School service

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the tender process announced at the General Assembly on 6 May was finalised on 13 June.

From among the three companies that submitted bids, the committee – composed of representatives from the school’s management, the APE and the Consulate General of France in Istanbul – selected Transay A.Ş.

This decision, which was made following a closed tender process, is based on an analysis of objective and rigorous criteria:

  • quality and reliability of the service offered;
  • enhanced security guarantees;
  • institutional soundness and technical capabilities of the operator;
  • particularly advantageous pricing conditions.

Important information

In recent days, certain messages from third parties, aimed directly or indirectly at the school’s management, have been circulated to families.

We would therefore like to provide several clarifications.

The choice of Transay A.Ş. is the result of a transparent and collegial evaluation process conducted by the school’s management, the APE and the French consulate.

The criteria used are strictly related to the quality of service, the safety of students, the operational capacity of the operator, and a competitive price.

As every year, the school transport contract will be drawn up directly between families and the service provider. In this context, no other external organisation or individual is authorised to commit families or the school.

We invite families to refer exclusively to official communications from the school management, the APE or the selected service provider.

Thank you for your attention. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Kind regards

The school management and the Parents’ Association
