On Thursday 27 and Friday 28 March, poetry was the order of the day at Tarabya Primary School. On this occasion, the CM2D pupils had the chance to welcome François Coudray, a literature teacher at ZESE and poet, as part of the Printemps des Poètes (Springtime for Poets) and the Poéclic project.

During an initial meeting, they were able to talk with him and ask him all their questions about being a poet, his inspirations and his career. The next day, it was time to get creative! During a writing workshop, they worked in groups to write texts on the theme of monsters, drawing inspiration from the iconic characters of The Addams Family. These creations will be featured in the poetry category of the Talents du Primaire and will contribute to the CM2 musical.

It was a moment rich in discovery and emotion, which allowed the pupils to learn about the art of words and give free rein to their imagination.
