Transportation

Dear Parents,

In our ongoing effort to provide students with a safe, reliable and affordable school transport service, Lycée Pierre Loti organised a completely transparent tender process this year, in the interests of families.

Following

this procedure (announced at the General Assembly on 6 May and finalised on 13 June),

TRANSAY A.Ş. has been selected to provide school transport for the 2025-2026 school year

.

Following our message on Monday 16 June, we would like to provide you with some

details about this choice, which was based on the following criteria:

  • Particularly competitive pricing (on average 20% cheaper
  • than the other offers examined);
  • The quality of the service offered, particularly in terms of punctuality and
  • availability;
  • High safety standards, both for vehicles and
  • drivers;
  • The institutional reliability and logistical capabilities of the operator.

We invite you to pre-register now via the links below for

the Beyoğlu and Tarabya sites. This will enable TRANSAY A.Ş. to

contact you to provide you with the rates and finalise the contract.

IMPORTANT: The transport contract is concluded directly between families and

the transport company. It is, of course, up to each family to choose the

mode of transport for their child. However, for safety and organisational reasons,

we remind you that only transport providers officially authorised by the school will be

allowed to access the French school grounds (entrances and exits of school sites).

We therefore encourage you to refer exclusively to the information

provided by the school management or the selected transport company in order

to avoid any misunderstandings or logistical difficulties.
